American scientists made a research on more that 5000 people who were successful in loosing weight ( approximately 72lbs) and staying slim. After an analyses they got the results on what rules you should follow to loose weight, increase your life's quality and stay slim for next of your life. So the list of what you do is like this:
- Diet. And yes of course you must take a diet. There's no other way to loose fat. You must count your calories, eat fat less food. 99% of those who took part in the research were having a diet.
- Physical activity. And yes again. Sport is power, that makes you look better and feel better. In fact even walking is good to start.
- Breakfast. It may sound strange that i say you should eat, but more then 80% or those people are having their breakfast.
- Frequent weighing. This is something to prevent you from negligence. When you feel it's may be well for you already, you get on the scale and only then make a decision is that good enough.
